Stephanie Kay Duffey, 62, of Pleasant Hill, MO, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2024, at Jefferson Healthcare in Lee’s Summit, MO. A lifelong fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, Stephanie loved cheering her team to victory and cherished every moment spent with her family. She dedicated many years to the food service industry, where she took pride in ensuring her customers were always satisfied.
Stephanie is survived by her loving mother, Bonnie Pugh of Pleasant Hill; her sisters, Brenda Kusch of Pleasant Hill and Sharon Wilt of Green Cove Springs, FL; her son, Jess Duffey, and his wife, Kristina, their three daughters, her cherished grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Jess Pugh.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on September 17, 2024, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pleasant Hill, MO, for friends and family. For more information, please contact Wallace Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill, MO.

My prayers are with Stephanie’s family. She is now in the care of our dear Lord and joins many who have gone before her. I’m absolutely so saddened when one of my wonderful classmates is gone, but will never be forgotten.
