ROXIE ANN WITCHER/BAKER/LANDIS/ANGEL
(Foxy Roxy)
Came into this world on January 28, 1951 and departed this life on February 19, 2025 leaving one hell of a legacy.
Roxie never knew a stranger; she made the whole world laugh and smile. She had more friends than most people meet in a lifetime. She birthed 5 children, though many more called her Mom. She held several different jobs in nursing and factories, but especially loved being a women’s advocate and being able to help abused women and children. She loved everyone, especially her family!!
Roxie had a large family to greet her in heaven; her parents, William L. Witcher and Lola L. Witcher; two husbands, James E. Baker, Jr. and, David I. Angel; one grandson, Bert Baker; one sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; her bonus daughter and friend, Debbie Artz; two nephews, Buddy Frisbee and Jerry Jackson; all her grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
But here on earth she leaves to carry on her legacy and miss her dearly, three daughter and two sons, Lisa Baker of Harrisonville, Missouri, her seven children, one son-in-law and two daughters-in-law, twenty grandchildren and one great-grandson, Linda and Mike Wehmeyer-Caylor of Holden, Missouri and her three children and six grandchildren, James and Mary Baker of Lampe, Missouri and their daughter, Frank and Rhonda Baker of Kimberling City, Missouri, their two children and two grandchildren, Della Baker of Harrisonville, Missouri who was the apple of her eye and “Her Princess”!! She also leaves behind two sisters, Lola Mattson and her husband Wesley of East Lynne, Missouri their three daughters and two sons, Lynn Bussel and husband Ed of Preston, Missouri, their son and daughter; one Sister-In-law, four Brothers-In-Law and many, many more.
