Jarrod Manford

Jarrod Wayne “PeeWee” Manford was born June 7, 1969 in Warrensburg, Missouri and departed this life, unexpectedly, on December 24, 2016 in Camdenton, Missouri, at the age of 47 years, 6 months and 17 days.

He was the son of Daniel Earl “Danny” Manford, Sr. and Sandra Jill (Skare) Manford.

Jarrod spent his younger years in Hickman Mills, Missouri, eventually moving to the Sunrise Beach, Missouri area where he graduated Morgan County RII High School in 1987. Most all of Jarrod’s summers were spent in Holden, Missouri here he enjoyed fishing with his Papa, Bud Holmes, attending church at Holden First Presbyterian Church with the Holmes and Manford families, and Saturday night racing at I-70 Speedway where the entire family dressed in matching T-shirts. Many, in the Holden area, will remember either watching or playing baseball with Jarrod on several Holden Recreation teams. Jarrod worked in the construction industry most of his adult life.

He is survived by his father, Danny Manford and wife Sharon of Holden, Missouri; his mother, Sandra Hardesty and husband Bill of Florida; his son, Jefferson Daniel Manford and his daughter, Jewell Manford both of Camdenton; two boys Jarrod raised as his own, Jarrett Polson and Jordan Wehmeyer both of Camdenton; three brothers, Daniel Earl Manford, Jr. and Mary of Camdenton, Missouri, Chad Manford and wife Christina of Holden, Missouri and Matthew Manford and wife Toni of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; two sisters, Cindy Rowlands and Teresa Mayer both of Kansas City, Missouri; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.

Cremation has been accorded and a memorial service In Memory of Jarrod Wayne “PeeWee” Manford will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church in Holden, Missouri with Rev. Jason Ku officiating.
